The Stokes Family

Judith White, a salesperson, got married to her colleague, Mark Stokes, and gave birth to a girl named Amanda. Happily years later, she learned that she was pregnant again and waited impatiently for the day she would see her son, but she died in childbirth.

Bennett Stokes, who had never seen his mother, grew up as a quiet and smart kid. He had no close ties with his family. He was always successful in his school life and earned a scholarship from Harvard Department of Economics. Stokes, who became addicted to drugs at the very beginning of his college years because of his best friend, John Deaver, a mob member, succumbed to the addiction and desire for power and so did something that nobody could afford to.

Bennett, who had a good relationship with Jasmine Lescroart who he fell in love with at first sight at university, was hoist with his own petard by acting senselessly because of the sadness of losing his girlfriend he loved so much and the anger of losing her to another man.

On the other hand, Amanda Stokes got married to Max Rivera who she met in high school and moved to New York. Amanda, whose life is not going as good as she dreamed of, can not still have a child and has some problems with her husband, Max.
